Terms of service
Must read and agree to these terms!

Requesting a commission1. Message me either on my social media, discord or on my email describing what you’d like.
2. I will tell you a price, or work with your initial suggested price.
3. I will send an invoice that needs to be paid either 50/50 or in full.
4. I will send you a sketch of your commission, you may approve or decline the sketch.
4.1 If declined, i will make up to 2 more free sketches (3 in total) to find one that you like. After this each sketch will cost extra.
-I will send you works in progress along the process
-if you dislike something, let me know as soon as possible
-i may ask you questions about the commissions so please answer as soon as possible
-if you plan to not be available to answer questions, please let me know beforehand
-paypal is currently the only method through which i accept payment

Terms of serviceI reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.
You must be a legal adult in your area of residence to commission me. (applies only to NSFW commissions).
All communication regarding commissions must be done via email, discord or the social media specified.
I will only do up to 3 free watermarked rough sketches. If none of these are approved by you, any further sketches will cost a fee.
I may charge extra for complex characters/poses/etc. I will include this in the price that I send you before working.
Payment must be made in full or half before i start working on your commission and half after its finished.
If the payment isn’t sent and you don’t notify me about delays, i will assume the commission to be canceled.

ProcessYou receive three free edits during the sketch stage, two during the painting stage, and one after the commission is finished.
I will send you a watermarked image for posting online and one without the watermark, which you may then approve of, or request edits on.
Once approved, I will not make any further free edits on the commission. (I may still do edits for a fee if I choose, but it is not guaranteed.)
Once approved, you may not request any refunds.
Additional edits will cost $5+ depending on complexity.
I work on A4 ( 2894x4093) and A3( 3508x4961pixels) canvases. Fees may be applied for bigger works.
*exceptions apply to pixel works, emotes and icons which require smaller canvases.

Cancellation and RefundsYou may cancel the commission at any time for any reason. If you cancel before I start, I will issue a full refund. If you cancel after I have already started, I will issue a partial refund equivalent to the amount of work unfinished at the time of cancellation, and send you an unwatermarked file of the work in progress. I will not issue a refund after the commission is past flat colours or finished.I may cancel any commission at any time for any reason, in which case I will issue a full refund. If I cancel a commission after I start working on it, you will not receive the unwatermarked file. In some cases, I may give you the option to choose a partial refund instead for the unwatermarked file, otherwise, I reserve the right to reuse any unfinished files.If you do not approve or request edits within 28 days of receiving the completed commission, I will assume that you have no issues and will send you the final unwatermarked image. At this point, you may not request any more free edits or refunds.If I do not contact you, attempt to contact you, or produce any progress for longer than 3 months during the commission (without previously getting your agreement to wait while I was out of contact/unable to work), you are entitled to a full refund, no matter how much work has been done. If you can't contact me for the refund, feel free to complete the dispute process with PayPal. You have 180 days from the time of payment to do so if necessary. In this case I would reserve the right to reuse any artwork made for your commission after you have been refunded, unless negotiated otherwise.

I RETAIN THE COPYRIGHT TO ALL OF MY IMAGES
You may not use my work for any commercial means without buying further rights to your image. If you wish to purchase the full or partial copyright, we must agree to a separate contract. You may do this upfront, or for an already completed work. I reserve the right to not sell my copyrights for any reason.I may post completed commissions online. I will credit your personal characters unless you request otherwise. I will not credit you to commissions of characters that do not belong to you unless you request it.You may request your commission to be anonymous for free.
If you need a commission private for a limited time (ex: surprise gifts), let me know up front and I can hold off on posting until the agreed upon date for no extra charge.I will always retain the right to post my own work, I will not take any project that needs to remain private indefinitely.By commissioning me, you are paying for the service of me drawing your idea/character. You are not receiving any physical goods. I will email you a fullsize *.png of the completed work. You can post your completed commission as long as you give credit by linking to my page. I can revoke that permission in cases of harassment.Do not use any of my files commercially/for profit in any way. Do not repost any sketches/WIPs that I send you without my permission. Do not make any edits or have someone else edit any files I send you, including WIPs, without my permission. Do not watermark the images I send you. If you want your name added onto the commission, ask me and I can add it to my own signature. You may print out your commission for personal use (to hang on your wall, etc) as long as you do not sell the print(s). If you want to do any of the things that I do not allow, you must buy the copyright.I retain the rights to distribute the artwork as I please, including the full resolution.
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
